We were amazed by the beautiful historic building with its stunning vaulted wooden ceilings and polished floors. The rustic charm and authentic design created a unique atmosphere. The comfortable bed and excellent hot shower added to our enjoyment. The homemade food served in the restaurant was some of the best we've had in the Canaries. Carlos, the waiter, always greeted us with a smile. Despite being in a cooler location, the hotel provided a cozy experience. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is a stunning old Canarian building, which is a refreshing change from the typical hotels you find. It felt like we were walking through a piece of history, and the fact that we got to stay here was a bonus in itself. The location in historical Orotava was perfect, allowing us to explore the charm of the area. The room had all the amenities we needed and provided excellent value. Despite the cold weather in January, the central heating and internal double glazing kept us warm and comfortable.
